Ingredients
Method
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make the Bang Bang sauce. Mix well and set aside.
- In another bowl, toss the chicken cubes with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Thread the chicken cubes onto skewers, ensuring each skewer has an even amount of chicken pieces.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly brush it with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the chicken skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred on the edges.
- Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and brush generously with the prepared Bang Bang sauce.
- Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the Bang Bang sauce for 30 minutes before grilling.
