Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese, reserving a small handful of each for topping.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the reserved shredded cheese on top of the dip.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbling.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired.
  8. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

You can substitute blue cheese dressing for ranch dressing if preferred. Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to suit your spice tolerance.
