Method
 

  1. Place the shredded chicken in the crockpot.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese to the crockpot.
  3. Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure the cheeses melt evenly.
  5. Once fully heated and creamy, stir well and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

You can substitute blue cheese dressing for ranch if preferred. Adjust the buffalo sauce amount for desired spice level.
