Method
 

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the finely chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, fresh dill, garlic powder, and onion powder to the bowl. Stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Taste the mixture and season with salt and black pepper as needed.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with additional fresh dill, if desired.
  5. Serve immediately with crackers, chips, or vegetable sticks, or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together for an even tastier result.

Notes

For a stronger pickle flavor, add an extra tablespoon of pickle juice. Use low-fat cream cheese and sour cream for a lighter version.
