Preparation
- In your punch bowl or pitcher, pour in the cranberry juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, and lime juice.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Add 1/2 cup simple syrup, stirring and tasting. Add up to 3/4 cup if you prefer sweeter punch.
- Cover and refrigerate the base for 30 minutes to let the flavors marry.
- Right before serving, stir in the chilled ginger ale and club soda.
- If making a boozy version, add 1 cup light rum or vodka and stir gently.
- Add orange and lime slices, fresh cranberries, and mint leaves to the bowl.
- Add large ice blocks or cubes to keep the punch cool without diluting.
- Ladle into glasses and enjoy.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic punch, omit the rum/vodka and boost ginger ale or sparkling water. Store any leftover punch without soda in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.
