Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Warm the pita breads or flatbreads in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until soft and pliable.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the prepared dressing inside each pita or flatbread.
  4. Layer the shredded chicken, cucumber, carrot, lettuce, and red cabbage evenly over the flatbreads.
  5. Drizzle a bit more dressing on top of the fillings.
  6. Sprinkle fresh cilantro over the fillings for a burst of flavor.
  7. Fold the flatbread over the filling and wrap tightly to hold everything together.
  8. Serve immediately or wrap in parchment paper for easy handling.

Notes

Feel free to substitute the chicken with tofu or shrimp for a vegetarian or seafood option.
