Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a medium-sized baking dish and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the minced garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and red chili flakes (if using) to the mixture. Stir well to incorporate.
  4. Fold in the chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until evenly combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips, pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetable sticks.

Notes

You can substitute fresh spinach with frozen spinach (thawed and drained) if needed. Adjust the chili flakes to your spice preference.
